Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase drones or related equipment.

• Firnas Store reserves the right to verify identity and age before completing a transaction.

Drone Registration & Ownership

• All drones sold by Firnas Store are registered through FlyComply at the time of purchase.

• Your civil ID and name will be linked to the drone, as required by the CAA.

• If you decide to sell your drone, you must legally transfer ownership by updating the information with the Civil Aviation Authority. You remain fully responsible for the drone until ownership is officially changed.

Licensing & Operation

• Drones must be operated only by individuals who are authorized by the FlySerb platform, which governs drone licensing and usage in Oman.

• You must comply with CAA guidelines for permitted flying zones, altitude restrictions, and usage purposes (recreational or commercial).

Firnas Academy Certification

• For commercial or advanced use, Firnas Store offers training programs through Firnas Academy.

• Upon successful completion, you will receive an official certificate that supports your drone licensing application.

Warranty & Repairs  

• Warranty terms vary by product and are subject to DJI’s official policies.

• Firnas Store provides repair services via Firnas Care using original parts.

• Damage due to improper usage or unauthorized modifications may void your warranty.

 Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted within 3 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

• A restocking fee may apply.

Liability  

• Firnas Store is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized operations, or damages resulting from illegal drone use. The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with Omani drone laws.
